Who runs it
HomeSellersUSA is run by Daniel Mac Sweeney. My background is in building websites and online publishing: I'm also the founder of BlokStreams and OpenLenz.
I'm not a real estate agent, a broker, an attorney or a tax adviser, and the site is not a brokerage. I research each guide from official sources, such as the IRS, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and state statutes and regulators, link those sources so you can check them, and keep the guides up to date. For advice about your own sale, talk to a licensed professional.
