Terms of use
What HomeSellersUSA is
HomeSellersUSA connects homeowners with licensed local agents and is not a real estate broker. We pass a homeowner's request for a market report or a cash offer to one licensed real estate agent or one cash home buyer. We don't represent anyone, value homes, buy homes or negotiate.
Using the service
- The service is free for homeowners. Agents and cash buyers pay us a flat fee per request.
- By sending a request you confirm the details are accurate and that you own the property or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Sending a request doesn't oblige you to list, sell, accept any offer or sign anything, and it doesn't create any agency relationship with HomeSellersUSA.
- We may decline to pass on a request, for example if the property is outside the area we cover or the details look false.
No promises about outcomes
Market reports are the opinion of the agent who prepares them, not an appraisal. Cash offers are made, or not made, by the buyer alone. We don't promise any sale price, time to sell, offer amount or result, and we're not responsible for the services, advice, contracts or conduct of any agent or buyer. Check an agent's license on the TREC license holder search and read any contract carefully before signing it.
