Not a brokerage: our disclosure
HomeSellersUSA connects homeowners with licensed local agents and is not a real estate broker.
HomeSellersUSA is a lead service. We collect a homeowner's request for a market report or a cash offer and pass it to one licensed real estate agent or one cash home buyer.
What we don't do
- We don't hold a real estate license and we don't act as a broker or sales agent.
- We don't represent homeowners, agents or buyers, and we don't negotiate for anyone.
- We don't value homes, give opinions of price or prepare market reports. A market report comes from the licensed agent who prepares it.
- We don't buy homes or make offers.
- We don't promise any sale price, time to sell, or offer amount.
How we're paid
Agents and cash buyers pay HomeSellersUSA a flat fee for each request we pass to them. The fee is the same whether or not the homeowner lists, sells or accepts an offer. We never receive any share of a commission, a sale price or an offer. Homeowners never pay us.
Agents and cash buyers
Agents who receive requests hold their own real estate licenses in the state where the home is, and their brokerage is responsible for their services. You can check any license with the state's regulator: each state page links to the official lookup, and in Texas it's the TREC license holder search. Cash buyers are independent businesses or investors, not agents acting for you. A cash buyer is buying for themselves, so their interests differ from yours.
Being connected with an agent or buyer is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their work. Before you sign a listing agreement or a sales contract, read it carefully, and consider getting independent advice.
Related sister service
HomeSellersUSA is run by the same people as OpenLenz, a listing video service for agents. Some agents may offer a free OpenLenz listing video to sellers who list with them. That's optional and depends on the agent.
