Thinking of selling your home?
Start with your address. Ask a licensed local agent for a free market report, or ask a local cash buyer for an offer. Free to ask, no obligation.
We pass your request to one agent or one buyer, never a list. HomeSellersUSA is not a real estate broker. How it works
Two ways to start
Sellers who want as much as the market will pay usually list with an agent. Some value speed, certainty or selling as-is more. Pick the door that fits, or ask for both.

What's my home worth?
For sellers open to listing with an agent.
- A free market report (a CMA) prepared by a licensed local agent from recent nearby sales
- Usually ready within 24 hours of the agent getting your details, though some take longer
- A real person's read on your home, not an instant automated number
- No obligation to list with that agent

Get a cash offer
For sellers who need speed or want to sell as-is.
- We pass your request to one local cash home buyer
- Useful for inherited homes, relocations, homes needing repairs, or tight deadlines
- Cash offers are usually below open-market value: you trade price for speed and convenience
- A buyer may decide not to make an offer

Is HomeSellersUSA a real estate company?
No. HomeSellersUSA connects homeowners with licensed local agents and is not a real estate broker. We don't list, market, value or buy homes, and we don't represent you or anyone else. The agent or cash buyer you're connected with does that work, under their own license or business. Read our disclosure.
Is it free for homeowners?
Yes. You never pay us anything. Agents and cash buyers pay us a flat fee for each request we pass to them. We never take any share of a commission or a sale price.
Who gets my details?
One licensed local agent (for a market report) or one local cash buyer (for a cash offer). Never a list of companies, and we don't sell your details to marketers. See the privacy policy.
Is a market report the same as an appraisal?
No. A market report, often called a comparative market analysis or CMA, is an agent's opinion of where your home might sell, based on recent nearby sales. An appraisal is a separate valuation by a state-licensed appraiser, usually ordered by a buyer's lender. Neither one is a promise of a sale price.
Will a cash buyer definitely make me an offer?
Not necessarily. A buyer may decide not to make an offer after looking at the home, and cash offers are usually below what a home might sell for on the open market. The trade is speed and convenience. Our cash offer vs listing guide goes through it.
Do I have to sell, or sign anything?
No. Asking for a market report or a cash offer doesn't commit you to anything. Read any listing agreement or purchase contract carefully before you sign it.
Thinking about selling?
Ask one licensed local agent for a free market report, or ask one local cash buyer for an offer. Free to ask, and you're not committing to anything.
