Seller disclosure

Yes. Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-2,120 requires sellers of homes with 1 to 4 units to give the buyer a signed Seller Property Condition Disclosure Statement, on the form set by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, on or before the date the buyer becomes bound by a purchase contract. The buyer acknowledges receipt in writing.
